| What's your favorite home workout?  | | | |  For some of us going to a gym is next to impossible: it could be the lack of time or high membership fees. Or some of us are just shy. Lol.
So we do the next best thing. We try working out at home like using various fitness equipments (resistance bands, free weights, etc) or running outside. Or even fitness DVDs.

| |  We have a channel called FitTV that plays workout videos in the morning. Fun and cheap! Otherwise, I like to plop the baby in the stroller and take a good walk.

| |  lifting weights, playing soccer, or riding my bike for long distances, and my dad is teaching me boxing, I thought it was easier but when I started training I realized that it´s not as easy as it looks.
