Would a 23" LCD HDTV widescreen television be good for my room?

My view distance is going to be 4 to 7 feet from the tv. Maybe 8. So would it be good from that distance? Any help would be greatly appreciated :) PS - I would love this tv to watch one of my favorite movies the day after tomorrow on, lol.

yeah propbably i watch from a distance of 6-7 feet on a 19 inch so a 23 inch would be perfect.

but is the 19" widescreen?

I would suggest 32 or 27 inches. 23 sounds just a little small for the distance. I would go for a bigger screen. Ash
