My step-daughter

My husband's ex-wife left state w/ their 3 year old daughter 5 years ago. She called and asked us to drive to Wyoming IL. to visit with her before they went on vacation for 3 wks. When we arrived my husband's ex-wife promised him she would be back in 3 wks. in time for his next visit. We spent our last hour with Grace at the park. When the 3 weeks was up, my husband drove back to Wyoming to pick Grace up; their apartment was empty. We have been trying to find her ever since. Each time we find her and attempt to supponea her back to Illinois, she moves before she can be served. This means she is constantly moving our little girl around as well. This whole situation has been very hard on my husband and myself. We miss her very much and would love for her to get to know her little sister and baby brother whom she has never met.
