first you have to understand on what language you will use on your website the easy one is using html. once you created that html file go to your hosting and put your html into public_html folder that was standard root all hosting. also remember your root index file must named INDEX.* don't care what the extension it must named as index so first time people going to there it will showing index first then you can add link if you want.
