Does the 'Sauna Belt' actually work on reducing the tummy???

i dont think it works to reduce your tummy! my bestfriend bought one and she's been using it for 3 months and nothing happened! so she just uses it now when she has cramps! i told her to do exercise but she said she has asthma!

I dont think Sauna belt reduced tummy to that extend as said by the advertisers in the television. Yes, it do reduce the tummy and weight to some extend. I have brought the sauna belt and was able to loose couple of pounds of weight and my tummy. I am not able to use the sauna belt daily or regularily. I use it mainly for back pain. The good thing about the sauna belt is that it makes your body sweat a lot from head to toe and I think this is good as it gives a feeling of workout. Also, it is good to reduce back pain or pain in the body as it gives the sensating of warm compresses.

No, it doesn't help you lose weight. Because it is a sauna belt, it is causing you to sweat, therefore losing water through your sweating. You will see a loss of inches because of the water-loss, but it is only temporary and as soon as you start drinking again it'll come right back.

YOu'll never lose FAT with this useless thing, only water! Don't waste your money on a cheap gimmick. Eat a balanced diet and visit the gym to do moderate cardio workouts at least 4 times a week and you will lose the fat.

better if you just use seran wrap around your tummy instead... you'd have the same results basically. But this doesn't melt fat... just makes you lose water weight.
