Where is the most beatiful place in your country that you have been to?  

If I get the chance to go to India, I might go there as well and visit the place.

My dad was just there and sent pics. Very beautiful. I plan to see it some day, too.

Because I an architect by profession, the Taj is next on my agenda of places that I should visit and from thereon, Europe. The Taj as we call it exemplify beauty in form and proportions. Many architects could create complex forms, but not simple forms with perfect proportions.

There is an tropical island in my coutry which i think is the most beautiful place in my country. I like the marine park where you can swim together the with the fish and feed them with bread. It's really an exciting experience.

Opps, i forgot the name the place, it's called Pulau Redang. In the East Coast. Unfortunately, it's getting more & more commercialized and polluted too. :(

Actually I would not go so close to the rails because I am afraid of heights. they say that it is very steep. But I'm pretty sure I would enjoy the view. The beaches that you say which are in Australia particularly Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast, do they have white sand too like in Boracay Philippines? If there's one thing I haven't seen is snow. We do not have snow here in the Philippines. I would love to experience it someday, but I do hope I could handle the intense cold.

Well..I am from Philippines so Im proud to be in Boracay also Last May Summer..Its my first time there..like you said the sand is so Powder White and Water also is Cyrstal Clear..I really like it..Anyway where did you stay there?Me i stay in Artista Beach Ressort..Kind Expensive but its worth it..I love to be back there again.And i been to Bohol also..I love it there also i been to Chocolates Hills,Hanging Bridge,Hinagdanan Cave,Floathing Restaurant Loboc River,Seeing Tarsier Very cute..ahehe,and Blood Compaq,And also First Chruch On philippines Baclayon Church,Its really Old..Its really first Church Built in the Philippines,I've seen also lots of butter fly there..really alot different colors..And i go to white beaches also there in Panglao Island..Its really nice..i would like to go back there again somday!!!

visit Cebu too.... lots of lots of wonderful beaches to go & lots of yummy foods to munch! look for the famous LECHON with hanging rice ( puso') & dinugoan ; fresh & dried mangoes ; chicharon or pork rinds ; mango pandan ; suman with hot tsokolate & enjoy a heartful breakfast of garlic rice w danggit, skinless chorizo & egg.

Yes, angel, I have visited Cebu. I went there and saw Magellan's cross. I also went to Kawasan Falls and it was really so beautiful and the water was very clean and refreshing. Happy new year to all of you and thank you for sharing your experiences.

Panglao Island is in Bohol my dear,yeahh its really nice as white as the sand of the boracay nice places,if u will go to Bohol,u have everything u want there,Falls,Country side seeing,snorkling,white sand beaches..and alot more..try to go there and u will see and experience what i am talking about..hehehe hope u will enjoy there..i will visit boracay nxt year sometimes,u know boracay is kind expensive..lol..aheheh

I didn't take pictures because I was told that they were not allowed (which was not true).

You can probably Google "Monument Valley" or "Shiprock, New Mexico" and find pics. Monument Valley is very well known.

The areas surrounding these places are considered high desert. There are various cliff-like structures that are hard to describe, but you can probably see pictures of on Google. The sands are mostly either a deep red-brown or gold.

I actually can't post photos, anyway. Mylot has a new policy of letting people post photos. I have to have a rating higher than 500.

Anyway, Thank you for responding and for the information. If ever I would have the chance to visit these places, it would be a new adventure for me. I just usually go to the beach and roam around the islands so dry land would be very new to me. Merry Christmas to you and your family!
