 Are there any Christmas songs that you just can't stand? You know the ones that make you cringe when you hear them?
Mine's a toss up between "I saw Mommy Kissing Santa Clause" and Elvis' version of "Silver Bells"

"Now bring us some figgy pudding...we won't go until we get some..." I hate that song. Extortion at Christmas, the writer oughtta be slapped.
I suppose "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer" is pretty disrepectful too, but it would be a lie if I said I hated it. lol

The only Christmas song I really do like, actually, is instrumental. LOL!

My son got this dancing squirrel that sings "All I want for Christmas is my Two front teeth." Maybe it's the squirrel's high pitched whiny voice, but I've got to add that one as well. | |
