Do you think there will be a cure for Alzheimers' in the next 20 years?

There are lots of advances in medicine that we hear about targeting a solution to Alzheimers, so for those of you that know about them do you think there will be a cure in the next 20 years?

I am not on the inside loop of what is being done to develop a cure for ALzheimers, but I do not feel that there is a guarantee that a cure will be found in the next 20 years. Look at how may years that a cure for cancer has been worked on. Or even the AIDS virus. Sometimes there are just diseases not meant to have a cure.
