Teaching my child to knit.  | |  I have an eight year old daughter who is extremely interested in crafting and anything to do with it. She wants me to teach her how to knit, but she is left handed and I am right handed. So, everything that I do she is doing backwards so it is very difficult for me to teach her. Does anyone know of anyway that I can teach her without confusing her or myself?

It's funny that you would mention a guitar, as we did buy her a childs one last year, and she couldn't play it very well, as she had to play it upside down. So she gave up on it. We had the same problem this year with a rug hooking kit. | |
