Kids at what age can start learning swimming?

I know parent that teach their children at a very young age. I know I started my boys learning when they were about three years old.

Personally I have seen really young kids swimming so I dont think theres any set age but just as long as they are comfortable and not to scared to learn. I started at 8 so thats about all I can tell you.

I have seen kids start learning as soon as they are born. I have seen them swim before they can walk.

i have that in america parents teach their kids to swim before 1yr

I think age of 4-5 is good enough to teach them swimming, because they have full control on their body at that age and understanding enough too

My younger bro and sister learned swimming at age 4 and by now they are 8 and 5 yrs old and they can swim better than me..

I think around five years is good, not sure though.
