Which Cellphone is best

I want to buy a cell phone which needs to have following features. 1. camera 2. access to internet 3. Video games, 4. FM Radio 5. Cheap Cost 6. Security ( I should be able to find out where is the camera even if it is lost). Should have GPS receiver Can anybody tell me which brand can i buy to meet above requirements

my cell phone has a camera it is really neat. It is pay as you go so it isn't that much. I use Virgin Moblie

Motorola a1200 is by far the best phone i've ever seen. And has all of those feats
