Have you ever come to Las vegas?  

I go to Las Vegas to visit my father in law and his wife. We usually go gambling a little bit while we're there, but the true point of the trip is to visit family.

My father in law works for the city and he told me that they call the airplanes that are constantly arriving at McCarron Airport "tin cans of money" because so many people go to gamble.

I have been in Las Vegas twice in my life time. The first time was on a trip from Mexico City to Maine via the west coast with an intermittent stop in Las Vegas in 1960. The second time was on a trip from New York City to Maine by way of California in 1982. Didn't make a fortune but got to see Hoover Dam, The Grand Canyon, The Painted Desert which was worth the trip. Had a ball but didn't get much sleep. Hope to make it there one more time before I kick the bucket.

I have been to Vegas years ago, we stayed at the Excalibur when it was new. I love playing the slots. Now when I get the itch I have 4 casinos 1 hour away, I go there now.

I've never been to Vegas. I live in New Jersey so I go to Atlantic City. Not to take anything from Las Vegas, but Atlantic City is really a special place in itself that has to be seen, there is really something special about the ocean.
BTW, 300,000 is a really big crowd, but here where I live across from New York City, in Times Square on New Years Eve the crowds are more then 1 million people. I have never been anywhere near there on that night, I just couldn't take it.....LOL. They don't call Times Square " The Center of the World" for nothing. Happy New Year.

I have been once a 5 years ago, we gambled a little bit, we where there for 4 days, their is so much more to do then just gamble it was a fun time, would not like to live their so.

I LOVE Vegas!!! I have been 3 times. Once about 12 years ago to meet about 30 on-line friends, that was a blast!!! We didn't have much time to gamble, we were too busy checking out the town... Then I went with an x-boyfriend, that was not too much fun because it was the end of our relationship... Then I went a couple years ago with some girlfriends - we had a BLAST!!! I love to gamble, but there is also so much more to do there!!!

nops! not yet but maybe some day i come there but not for gambling just for visiting. :D

I was there in April...first time ever...

No I've never been ther. but i love to be there someday. Not for gambling but just for site seeing. Happy new year please.

thats one place i would like to visit someday. I'm sure its fun there.
