What u say on Sex Education in schools? is it necessary?  |

 Hello Friends,is it necessary to give sex education in schools to kids n childs who have not even seen the real world yet.
also they have not got matured til know to understand wat is wrong n right.
a focus of sex at this age of life may bring unexpected thoughts in minds of kids.
I strongly oppose this kind of education
it is OK in collegs studies but in schools it should not be a practice.
please help me on ur views

2.  re08dz (1099) | 3 years ago |  I'm not sure what age bracket you're talking here but for older primary kids yes I think it's a good thing.
At the primary school my kids attend they also have special classes for kids in I think it's years 6 and 7 (so kids are between 10-12) These cover things like sex, puberty, hormones and basically what to expect once they hit that age where things start happening to their bodies.
Kids nowadays are pretty clued in to what's what in life and I think you're better off giving them as good an understanding as you can rather than let them assume what they overheard their older siblings etc talking about is right:-) You don't need to go into the nuts and bolts details of it all when they're young but you can start start giving them some idea.

but have u ever attended those lectures.
u knw wat has been taught ther?
in future ther wil also be practicals on this subjects.
r the professors wel qualified for giving such classes.
there should be well qualified n professionals for this educations.
u first attend such lectures n tell me wat has been thought ther..

| design (659) | 3 years ago |  When children start asking questions then its time. Leaving children til nearly being teenagers is a bit later personaly. I started menstruating at 11(and knew nothing) if its the case that kids are reaching maturity(body wise) earlier then sex ed is required earlier

4.  indiependiente (195) | 3 years ago |  well, isn;t that good news now kids get to have proper information regarding sex and not pick it off porn movies and ill-informed peers!
firstly, teachers that are going to be teaching sex education need to be properly trained to convey the message in a right way and scare them away if they want to ask any questions in regards to it
secondly, kids must be encouraged to ask any questions they might have in regards to what they learn and it's better for them to ask the teacher than resort to peers who might be confused themselves and convey the wrong answers, so that is why teachers must be willings to listen to questions and answer accordingly
i strongly believe kids are better off learning holistic sexual information from the school at a reasonable age in school
well, would you prefer a kid sneaking through a stash of porn and coming up with their on conclusion or have them learn it the right way?
