I want to buy an e bike or a new scooter

I get my second disbursement of my pell grant in a month and I really want to buy an e-bike. I have ridden one before and I really liked it. I have also been looking at the 150cc motorized scooters though and I think that that may be a little more pratical. Which do you think is the better bargain and why?
