Anyone know how to get a grant?  | |  I think its so stupid they try to sell all these books online about how to get one and blah blah blah! Does anyone really know anything about getting a grant? I would love to start up my own business but without the money, I wont get far. Anyone know??

My local CCR&R helped me get a$1000.00 start up grant and several other grants for supplies and toys. They also donated some equipent like wagons and outside toys that other providers received with grant money and then had to give back because they quit doing daycare. Write back if this is indeed what you are planning to do. I can give you lots of ideas about starting up your own Child care business.
