Filling recipes for chocolate

Recipes to make your own fillings for chocolate or candy. Eg caramel, peppermint, marshmallow, and peanut butter etc. I am wanting filling recipes to put in the middle of chocolates when making chocolates in the chocolate/candy moulds. I am interested in any filling recipe ideas. Thanks Grace
