whats the difference if we take gre-general test or subject test???  | |  hi friends am about to complete my bachelors degree and i want to do masters degree in good us university....
i was told to take gre,toefel exams.
in gre test is it necessary to take general test or we can take any subject test???

i am from india and people here are too interested for
higher studies in usa.
my actual question is does the universities in usa accept
gre- subject test score or gre-general test score??
people in india take general test and i am following the same but i think i am not great in English vocabulary and i wanted/planned to skip it by taking gre-subject test in engineering mathematics as i feel am not great but at least good in it.......
wat do u say??
but do explain ur statement how subject test is better than general test!!!!!
