The wrong person is in jail for something your child did, do you turn them in?

This is something we never want to face but if it came down to it would you protect your child and let the other person take the blame?
The love for our children can lead us to do some things we would look down at other for doing. How about you?

I don't know about you, but I couldn't let an innocent person go to jail for something that my child had done. Given enough time, the truth will come out, and then I would also be in trouble for what had happened.

Truth is the best policy. Although there are times I prefer to not open my mouth instead of stating the truth and hurting someone unnecessarily.
