K-Fed to Have Limited Custody of Children in January

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have agreed to a custody arrangement during the month of January, TMZ reports. Spears and Federline will have joint legal custody of their two children, Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 4 months, according to the terms of the agreement filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday.
Federline's physical custody is extremely limited. He will only be permitted to visit the children from noon to 4:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Spears' residence.
However, under the terms of the stipulation, Federline, 28, is allowing Spears, 25, to travel with the children to Florida for one week this month.
Last November, both Spears and Federline filed petitions seeking sole custody of their two children.
The court has yet to rule on the matter of custody beyond January.
