Has anyone come across a boss that solicits suggestions, considers them and just downplays, still sticking to the formulated plan even if a plan more constructive exists??? There is the dictator that walks around with "My way or the highway" stamp on his forehead....and then you have the semi-dictator who thinks "I want to do it my way but think there would be a better way out there..." Then suddenly something snaps and "My way" is what finally comes into play!! Does such an attitude stem out of insecurity or inefficiency??
