Choose basing on it's personality or breed...e.g. if it's fast - BULLET, if itz sleepy - SNOOZY, if it's cute - CURLY or FLOPPY for floppy ears dog, or MIDNIGHT for a black dog, or DUSTY for a grey dog or ANGEL for a white dog, or I dont know...hope to get some good ideas...

| |  I have 5 chihuahuas, and I actually named them cities... Miami, London, Toyko, Vegas and Bronx. It all depends on who or what the pet reminds you of. When you look at them, there is definitely a descriptive phrase that occurs to you. Choose your name based on that. Good luck!

| |  I think the most suitable name would come up when you look at your dog. Somehow the dog's personality will bring out an idea in you. My dog's called Refund because he was born on tax refund day. I didn't name him though, it was the breeder that did so. But I thought the name's pretty cool and unique, so I stuck to it.

| |  i agree you have to look at the dog and see his/her persoality i have a pekanese named pekachu he is so cute and a labrador/shepard i adopted the family had named her emmie i wasnt sure i was going to keep the name but when we got her i tried other nam,es on her and they just didnt suit her emmie stuck and now i think its the perfect name for her she is a lady beutiful shiny Emmie

| |  I think it depends on what type of dog you have. SPARK was the ideal name for my boxer! Instead I named him ROCKY for his muscular build! You would not name a chihuahua ROCKY for sure, they look so fragile!
