ford windstar van 2000.

Their is a lot of things wrong with it. If anyone knows the answers to these questions I would like them to be sent to me by e-mail. e-mail www.machnanc@hotmail.com. . The van has about 122000.0 miles on it.
#1. The check engine light stays on the only time it goes off is wind you disconnect the battery. But within two weeks the light would come back.
Every time I would put a fuse in it would blow within 3 seconds. I blow about a half a dozen fuses. I check as many connections and grounds as I could then put a fuse in turn on the engine in 3 seconds a blown fuse again.
The guy I took the van to he could not get the fuse to blow at all he said. So he put in some kind of relay that if or wind it blows again I'm to take it to him as soon as possible it will tell him what is making the fuse blow.

#2. The ABS light goes on and off when you hit a whole or hit the breaks to hard.

We have had the codes checked. They are 71,72,73,or 74 which ever it is for oxygen sensor bank 1 and bank 2 these are the only codes that are given.

#3. Back in August fuse #10 kept blowing out on the van. It controls many things like the A.C., Speedometer, odometer, moving power locks, their are many more I just can't think of them right now.
