|  hello,freinds i am 20yr old.i love small babies.recently i found one cute baby whose mom n dady were expired.i used play with him for last 6months.but after losing his parents i am so bothered about him.is it legal to adopt this baby becz i too young.

| |  before thinking of adopting the baby, try to figure out if you are mentally, physically, financially and emotionally capable of handling responsibilities such as rearing a child. coz your present situation might further affect the status of the child should you not be ready for it. adopting a baby is easy, but rearing & supporting them til they grow up is another issue to cope up with. =) make sure that you are capable and ready. =)

| |  i agree with this just to adopt baby isnt easy, u hv to take good care of him and will hv to bring up him well, it needs lot of patient and physical, mentle and finacial support. think over it, and now u r alone whn u get married will ur wife accept him? then it will creat new problems to u n ur family and the baby. if somebody frm thits family ready to take care of the baby thn u can help them and the baby and love him. this way it will hv a strong supporter like u for a lifetime and u too will hv satisfaction.

| |  i dont know anything abt legal.but if you can do it.and also keep in mind if you really can bring up the child without any problem,fianancially can you take care of the child,will your parents agree,will it be an obstacle for your marriage?think well and take the decision

| |  there may be a law regarding unwed and underage adoption, but likely not if you are married. That is an important factor for the child as well, having both mom and dad.

Maybe the constitution allows you but I don't think that you'll be able to take good care of him!If you take my opinion I would say that you should wait for a couple of years
