how did you learn snowboarding?

mostly by myself but i also had a few tips from the burton learn to ride program

Self-taught... self bruised!

I learned from and instructor in snowmass, CO. It was actually really easy for me because I used to skate.

well i learned on my own...very painfull thou! but it's to bad i can't practice, i go snowboarding just once a year,twice maximum. maybe when i'll buy my own board i'll visit the monuntains more often

lessons is the way to go. i have seen too many people out of control having to be transported down the hill. it is also dangerous for others if you are out of control. and helmets! wear a helmet. too many head injuries.

yes it's a big statisfaction, i did it by myself too a lot of years ago, i love snowboard i go around 30 times during the season and also in summer!
