 aryangentleman (681) | 3 years ago |  Thanks for "best response" let me add one thing more The Unforgiven was also one of the last movies of Richard Harris.Further White Hunter Black Heart was the movie from where Clint Eastwood established himself as a classy director. This movie got a standing ovation at Cannes and frankly I dont remmber but this movie either got an award their or got an appreciation from the jury. The movie also generated controversy by Angelica Huston, the actress daughter of Jhon Huston, who was angry for portraying his father(played superbly by Clint Eastwood) in this cold blooded manner.

My opinion is that Eli Wallach should have gotten the Oscar for his performance in The Good The Bad And The Ugly. I guess he wasn't well known back then. Take care Elton651

And Eli Wallach starred in Off-Broadway for years but the movie that made him was " The Magnificent Seven " . Bridges was a little too gloomy for me lol -but Clint and Meryl mad a lovely couple lol -thank you very much and be well | |
