I have only been married for 5 1/2 years (we have 2 kids as well), but I love my husband more every day. The sex is awesome and is more awesome every day. I feel so lucky to have met him. Our relationship is a work in progress. I think everyone should have that mindset. You should never stop working on "us", and it will never dwindle.

No, I am not. Sorry....but true. My partner and I have a lot of history and have been to hell and back together. But there has been so much damage done that I am no longer in love with him.
Sure, I love him and will always love him. But that love has changed with the injury to my heart and self esteem. But we have children involved and stay together for their sake at this time. Plus, I think he is scared of being alone...he has told me that himself. If someone tells you that they would rather be unhappy than be alone, it kinda puts a damper on what can be done for a relationship.

Congratulations, not many people can say the same. I hope 20 years + down the road, I will be able to share the same happy story. But for right now...I am completely in love and continue to fall in love with my baby every single day. It's overwhelming at times, but when it is true love, you just cannot help it. I am still in love with the love of my life, he is absolutely the best!!!

The answer here for me is yes, I am still truly in love with my husband. We have been together for 10 years now, we have 2 of our own children and 2 that we have adopted. We like you have had our ups and downs but they have just made us closer. I am still deeply in love with my husband after all that we have been through.

I myself have only been married for almost three years now. And it has been hard going. We are young and both have kids from previous relationships. There are many bumps in the road and getting to know each other as we grow and change. I do everything I can to keep that "fire burning". But it definetly takes COMMITMENT. Do I love him? With all my heart...am I "in love" with him? Sometimes and those times make up for any rough times.
