face cream make the black skin white ?  

I do not think so. No cream can change the skin color. Though it is claimed by the companies. Even then some are foolish to waste money on them. People have the tendency to believe in the advertisements.

These whitening creams and similar products have always intrigued me. I have lived in Asia for a couple of years now and there is a big focus in advertising on stating the "lightening benefits" of creams, soaps, powders and even shampoos! I find it amusing because even though there are a large number of Asian women that wish to become lighter and more "western" I guess, in my country, the white women are doing the opposite! They are buying fake tan products to make their skin darker!
