Many of you may be making some extra bucks in your leisure time. But any one of you have thought of How one becomes rich? whether by Earning more or spending less? What skill in your opinion one need to possess to be rich?

I think the key word here is discipline. The guys who get rich are able to discipline themselves into saving money, seeking knowledge on how to increase their value.
The other thing about the very rich is the fact that many of them are prepared to take risk and accept failure as part of the learning process. Quite a few millionaires have had business set backs, its just that they managed to make come backs from those set backs.
