Try this~~FRIED DRUMSTICKS!!  

At present the vegetable market is full of 'drumsticks'. The price has gone down from Rs 40/- a kilo to Rs.15/- now. Drum stick is good for health and tasty, if you know how to prepare different items from it.It is a remedy for 'erectile-disfunction' too.
My house has a drumstick tree that is atleast 110 years old, the house was purchased in 1904, at that time this tree was there. Large quantity of drum sticks are still hanging on it. We never, sell them, but distribute to all friends and neighbours. My mother in law used to say -"The more you distribute, the more will be the yield"; this we find to be 100% true. Quite naturally, we prepare various items from this. Oregnant ladies of India have great craze for 'drumsticks", here is one-"DRUM STICK FRIED"!!!
Take medium size drum sticks, peel of the outer skin by scrapping with a knife,(otherwise the taste will be bitter). Cut into 4-5 inch long pieces, boil in salted water, strain and keep aside for deep frying. Make a paste from rice flower, red chilly powder, mint leaves, turmeric powder & 'garam masala'. Coat the boiled stcks with this and fry with oil on a non-stck frying pan in slow flame till brown, take care not to burn the coating. Must be served hot!!!!
