what time do you often go to bed?For me i don't have a specific time,depends on when i'm done with whatever i'm doing.My dad has a specific time,if he misses that time by sleeping earlier he'll find himself waking up very early;say 3:30 a.m and that's it,he won't be able to sleep anymore till the day breaks
