Stupid question but still looking for an answer  | |  Why there is a light in the fridge but not in the freezer? Is that for savings purposes or no light will survived temp. below zero?

| | | | | | 1.  misskatonic (2646) | 3 years ago |  I have a light in my freezer. I didn't know that wasn't normal. But I have a restaurant grade sub-zero refrigerator, so maybe that has something to do with it. The freezer is huge and has two lights inside, one for the main freezer and one for the tray slide out part.

I always wondered why myself. I know a few times I wish there was. It would make it a lot easier for me. Maybe they figured no one would go in the fridge after it was dark? Your guess is as good as mine on it.
