What thing makes you to open GOOGLE site?

I google everything. I love using the google search engine. It really is fun for me and gives you alot of feedback. I hardly use anything else when i do my searches. There really isnt anything particular that i search for, but I use it for all of my searching needs. Best of luck to you!

yes yahoo is more consolidated but google's search engine is more powerful and has lot more sites and contents indexed than yahoo.also google has more variety in terms of core e-commerce.

They have a quick excellent search engine, and with gmail you can chat right in your email. I have 100 plus invites so if you need one, just pm me with your email. They even have a free pac man game right on your home page. It really is better, my hubby prefers yahoo, but I think gmail is way better.

when we hear the name google,the only thing which strikes first is a search engine...it is best used for searching aanything particluar...it was started as a search engine and it is the bestsearch machine....now after orkut has come up its been used for multiple things as friends network and email accounts and file sharing,etc....

Yeah its true that yahoo has many links together on one page and google puts search engine separate but then this what is the difference between the two. More links means heavy page to load and more net traffic but google is so light coz it puts search engine separate. So its quite convenient to search through google as the page would load much quicker than yahoo. Secondly i've found some search results in google that have been better than yahoo although i don't think there's much difference in their search database but being a lighter site i prefer google for searches.

Google has more impact than yahoo because when you look for something on Google you get results, while if you look for things on Yahoo most of the times you will find rubbish.
They also say that Yahoo users are unexperienced internet users while Google gets used by more experienced people and this is the reason why most advertisers choose to spend money on google advertising and not Yahoo's.

Yahoo is amazing for mail or chatting.......

Definitely, Google is the best... Its layout is very simple hence loads very fast... Its more suitable for slow connections... I am using a very slow dial up connection... I fell google is better than any other search engines Also yahoo is not mainly featuring on search, But google is mainly for search.. Recent surveys shows that 70 percentage of people uses google for their searching process....
In fact, the victory of google is the success of the search engines strategy. Yahoo was the most popular before google with the portal web mode and realized the importance and predominance of search engines to 2003.. But at the time, google is so popular in search and yahoo is too giant to transformation.. We can also say that, its depend on the person's preference.. Some people doesn't know other search engines except one and they think it's the best. Others know other options and tried to experiment which is best... But I agree with you that google search engine is better than yahoo. It loads faster while yahoo has a lot of graphics that slows it down.. Whatever we choose, as long as it serves the purpose, there is not much of a difference!
Yahoo is famous as mail providers... Most of pupil uses yahoo as their default mail.. Am i correct? I think so...
Google has another property that, the most effective result of a search word will come first... That will be more useful for very urgent persons... Also Google's I'm feeling lucky is very very much effective... Many of us do first search the web address in google even though they know correct web address, then go through the search result..
Statistics shows google holds 70% in search engines field, yahoo and windows live take the remnant... Now MSN's new search engine named bing... Its also not good... Another one named scour, which will give us money for searching... Firstly we get points for every purpose their, after that reaching certain points, that points get converted into dollars....
