crazynurse (5708) | 3 years ago | Okay. That post began with MANY MORE. But after 16 attempts at posting it I got so mad and tired that is all I put. I FINALLY figured out why it wouldn't take it!! It didn't want the word 'd*ke. Isn't that STUPID!!!!
| |
AskAlly (2994) | 3 years ago | But it is spelled with a "y" isn't it? I have had a problem posting as well. But thanks for the response to my plea to get my unresolveds out of the way.
| |
crazynurse (5708) | 3 years ago | Yes, I had it spelled with a 'y'...so it must not like that word! How odd is that?! What if one were discussing the d*ke that is associated with water ...guess we'd have to use the 'ole asterisk there too! Ridiculous!

crazynurse (5708) | 3 years ago | By the way, thanks Ally for 'best response.'

4. awonderfullife (2397) | 3 years ago | Remember Dorothy Hamill's "wedge" haircut from the 70's? That was definitely a classic!

AmbiePam (15229) | 3 years ago | That is the one I thought of. My mom had a lady cut my hair like that, only I ended up looking like Dorothy Hamill's brother!

mari61960 (3133) | 3 years ago | That's the one...I couldn't remember her name...lol I had a "Dorothy Hamill" hair cut...lol

5. emeraldisle (8978) | 3 years ago | I remember the Farah Fawcette look and the Princess Diana. Actually my sister had the Lady Di style before it was famous with her.
I remember styles like page boys, DA's (duck's a**), bobs, but one that really sticks out that was from an actor was Mr. T's Mohawk:)

I'm too young to know for sure, but were there not a lot of people who copied that back in the day?

10. dana234 (1354) | 3 years ago | I think Julia Roberts had a popular hairstyle too. When she became famous with "pretty woman" I saw lots of girls imitating or trying to imitate her reddish, long, curly hair.
