A fairy says you must be a different race/gender for 48 hrs, what'd you choose?

I could not choose anything other than Female if I had to choose a gender - As far as race goes - I love being the race that I am and since it would only be for 48 hrs it would not really matter what race I became - i guess it would be what I wanted to experience at that time. I would just tell the fairy to pick one for me.

I would choose to be native american. I would like to learn first hand some of their traditions and beliefs. I would also like to learn first hand how they have survived being treated the way that they've been treated by white people. I'd also like to learn their language. I don't think of any particular tribe that I would like to be in. I would just like to learn first hand about their culture.
