Hi, Don't be sad, you are not alone.
My English also not well, but i try to be self confidence to join with some discussion with all my limitation in language, with hope some one will understand this.

hi.....!!,don't loose hope,join any english speaking class or read dictionary everyday anduse to learn more and more new words.by this way you will be able to speak english and your knowledge will be developed through dictionary and you will be perfect in speaking english and you will like to speak english with your friends,relatives,etc.....

Don't feel sad, the best way to overcome is constant practised. Reply only to topic you think is easier for you to understant and give reply's anyway you can use simple words if you like as long as its understandable. There is no good or bad English or grammar here, everyone commit grammar and wrong spelling here sometimes. Your not the only person who had problems in English language, just continue being replying and making notes and also check your dictionary once in awhile if you think you had problems with few words.
