What do you think is the best Wedding theme?  

i think you must do it on your own way...think your own wedding dream..but for me,if i will be given a chance to have a wedding,i wan to make it in our own filipino way.. you can have a setup on the beach with filipiniana influence and it depends on what region are you from..there were some traditions and myths to be fullfilled accordingly to what province you lived right???and it's very awkward for a filipino to spend philippine wedding in Lancaster english suite right???so if i were you,you can choose your own thing kabayan....

The best wedding theme for me as a Filipino is the Pinoy theme. You get to wear our filipino costumes and eat the filipino food. Sad but only those who are on the upper scale adopt this theme.

with my wedding last 2005 i selected my own favorite color motif... the color of shades for light blue , powder blue & torquiose as blending the colors of the sky since it was an afternoon celebration. i got a choir for the church but i selected for the songs & me & my husband prepared all the songs & program flow at the wedding reception too. we made the video presentation with our old pictures as we enjoyed as BF-GF days for 4 yrs. & been flashed while eating. i got a wedding planner but only in-charged of all the activities on the wedding day only as we gave her all the details already of what we wanted to happen with the program flow. i just don't put a specific theme as to have the preparation simple & elegant. i made it just the taste for my personality. i got 2 angels bringing my long dress trail wearing pure white dress also like of my cloth & having butterfly wings. i made the aisle decorated full with only white flowers & green accent of leaves with green carpet too. the reception was just a simple gazebo effect of balloons for the couple area & a cake with fresh fruits & flowers. just simple but it was then really a very nice lovely ambience... very memorable!
