Sugar-free cookies and cake.  | |  My fiancee is both hypoglycemic and allergic to sugar cane products. She can, however, eat honey, dates, etc. Can't have corn syrup, though, because it's not good for the hypoglycemia, and she also stays away from sweeteners like saccharin, aspartame, or Splenda.
Does anyone know of any good recipes for cookies, cake, etc made with honey or fruit puree?
