no i don't know karate but i pratice full-contact

Karate is fanny.thise is the sport who meens have only the contact,fast of the hit and power of it.nothing more.If sombody wont to learn to fithe have to now farst how and wheare he have to hit to kayo his enemy.

if you now how to fithe go to some box kik-box or kik-tye-box trainior from cd-s you will gona learn nothing i start withe box then withe kik-box and now i can stone 3 gays who are in my kilograms.And i am 85 kilograms make your charge from thise.

I do not know karate.
But I have learned Kalarippayattu for 8 years.
Kalarippaayattu is the most ancient martial art, born in Kerala State, India.
According to the legend, Bodhidharma went to China in 5th century A.D. and taught Buddhism and Kalarippayattu for self-defense.
Even now, we can see ancient images depicted on the walls of the Shaolin Temple of Indian masters teaching the Chinese hermits both Kalarippayattu and massage.
However my nephew is a black belt in karate.

i used to do karate yrs ago, my husband was a black belt in wado ru. i think thats how you spell it. i dont know about learning from a cd but a class is an excellent idea. you learn with a group and this will make you more competitive and more keen to remember all the movements. i have to sy i loved training and it kept me very fit, we did stretching exercisese a lot so we could do the roundhouse kick. i couldnt possibly even do a shin kick now lol but it was good fun and it gave me confidence.

My master has realeasd two cd's recently. One on advanced kata's and tournament techniques. Another on indian silambam fights, in karate its known as bo. Are you intrersted?
