can't decide what to have for dinner or what you want to do in your life, well don't bother sitting down and thinking about the pros and cons of various options or scenarios, just make a snap decision and stick with it because apparantly making snap decisions actually has better outcomes than thinking about something for a long time, according to a study by the University College, London. For more info check out http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/6243787.stm So how do you make decisions are you a thinker or a snapper? and how has the snap decisions you've made worked out?

I suppose I make snap decisions in unimportant things but never in anything important.

I think we need to constantly adjust life decisions based on information we obtain from our lives. This is how we develop wisdom

It is kind of like stick with your first answer because it is usually the best one

Wow, that's really interesting! I'm more of a thinker. in fact, I probably overthink things to the point of burnout sometimes. There have definitely been times where I've tried to go with my gut feelings, though, even though I might worry later and wonder if I did the right thing. Those things have usually worked out pretty well for me, so far. But in general, I tend to think and think about something before I do it, unless it is a situation where I don't have the chance to do that because I am forced into acting quickly. Now I know that I should probably just go with my gut more often, lol! Thanks! ^_^
