What are some easy Halloween Costume ideas you have seen or done?

I heard of a little kids putting on a bag of dog food and going as that! Last year my son was static cling and I just pinned fabric softner and socks to him-his costume smelled the best!

A basket of laundry. Cut a hole in a cheap laundry basket and slide it over your head so that it rests on your hips, then fill it with laundry. Add some dryer sheets to your clothes if you want to be clean laundry.
