| |  You must have deep fried fish before
I use beer batter
dip fish and deef fry
Then there is fish cakes or sticks
for the cakes
flake fish
add mashed boiled potatoes
and parsley
and fry in butter and oil til golden brown
Forsticks
dip fish in egg
then in bread crumbs
fry in butter and oil
or in oven 350 degrees til golden and turn til golden
you probably already know these recipes but if not here you go

| |  I think marine fish are generally better than freshwater fish. But that's just my opinion.

For this reason i don't make a fish dishes often.
