411 Squadron Headquarters London England

Thanks so much for responding. My father went over in '41 and was posted to Digby. He originally volunteered for fighters but due to his age (25) and his inability to recover quickly enough higher G forces was not chosen. He then wanted to volunteer for the MTB's and was on his way to London when he was side tracked to headquarters motor pool. This is where it gets sketchy. He was responsible for the care and upkeep of the HQ vehicles. This also included taking off with higher ranking officers when they requested. Something to do with their stress level and Dad's ability to be very discrete. I'm wondering if there are any pictures/ names of other ranks etc. that my father was serving with and pictures of the HQ building. Once again thanks so much for the contact.
