Child Visitation/ joint custody/Columbus Day/Three day weekends  

I just found something about possession of a child when there is a day off of school. Basically, it states that when a parent has that weekend, if there is a day off of school and it is not in the parenting holiday schedule, the parent who has the child at the time takes the child back to school on the next school day. Hmmm. Anyways, my ex is upset about it and says I am being unreasonable...la la la. I am just trying to enforce my rights, because it seems like I dont have any anymore and am just doing the best I can by my child. BTW- no, I do not or did not ever have a substance abuse problem, and did not abuse her. I just got screwed by the justice system and signed what I could in order to keep her. I moved out of state with her in order to keep her away from the person (no, we didnt have an order in place yet) and he filed, stating that I abused her, etc. I wasnt ever served. Sad, isnt it?
