As a researcher and tech designer I wish to immigrate to US

I have designed a powerful technology on data compression with which you can compress large amount of data repeatedly; even redundancy removed strings. I hope it will change next generation communication and Internet, broadcasting (especially HDTV), recording and playing, portability, search engines, and more! Technically, it is redundancy-independent, lossless, multi-depth compressible (ratio-free) and uses the pure numerical nature of data (format-independent). I wish I get US patent number and implement my design in the USA. I am a poor researcher live in Iran and because of some hardships in this country for researchers and scientists; it is not possible to resume my project while I have not completely qualified for immigration to US.
