DVD work outs..I bought another one recently, Carmen Electra's striptease WKout  | |  If you have tried it what is your take on it. I kinda like it but think it still lacked something, It just seems like not too much was said about form and she seemed kinda dopey on some of the stuff. But, I still got a good work out..I liked the warm up and also the 10 minute increment thing. that helps me alot when I am trying to squeeze in a lil work out before I start my day then I try some of my other videos at night.
I am still trying to find a way in my schedule to maybe join the Y? or something. ok..trailing off here..so what do you think about this video and do you have any other favorites?

What I did do a while ago is join a striptease class at my local gym (a woman only class) and it was hard work but I loved it. You could try ringing around to find out if there is a similar class near you. You may feel a bit nervous and shy at first about gyrating around in front of other people but just remember everyone is there for the same reason as you...to get fit and have fun (because its at the gym, lol).

 RainSHiNe (524) | 3 years ago | actually I did a few classes a couple of years back..and yes it was fun but since I am in a time crunch now,,lately I have been buying a few dvd workouts. I thought this would be kinda like the clasess but of course in person instructor is way better..lol
they help more on form,,,
I used to know of an online message board that was specifically for PPL getting in shape and giving thier opinion on dvd workouts(this was a yr ago,dont remember the site anymore,,durnit =( )
& on there they really slammed this video. but I tried it anyway & I still like the dvd but have tried other videos that are better.
And since I have moved here I have looked for some of these classes but they dont fit my schedule for now, and there are those that come to your house but too expensive for me right now.
but hey, I will post as soon as I get in more classes or videos!
