when you switch on the tv, what chanel do check first?

usually i turn on the tv for my daughter i dont usually watch tv unless its already on and there is nothing else to do, minus my everyday lifetime movies. but when the tv goes on if im not putting in a dvd for my daughter im turning it to either nick jr or the disney channel so that she can watch her cartoons, if by some chance it was for me i would go straight to lifetime

Cnn is my choice
I find that news of the day is what I want to know

AXN because I like procedural drama a lot.

Actually when I open it,it's always on the same position it was the time before .
Then,I zap in order or vice versa but i can say the number 5 in France is great .France 5 at day time and "Arte" at night .
France 5 is excellent for geographical,historical reports around the world and Arte is great for psycho like me;)
A lot of good special movies and reports about any sort of arts .
I hope I work for them very soon:)

My first preference is to check Movie channal which is operated by cable operator, second switch on music channel i.e. B4U and ETC and then i go for setpix thanks.
