who is more perverted? men or women?

All of us have a belief that majority of the man are perverted. Women, in tradition, aren't perverted. But as the world evolves and everyone changes, women are more influenced and were becoming more vulgar. With an honest answer, who do you think is more perverted: men or women?

Let's call it even. Men are perverted in a way that they are open about it while women are perverterd in a sense that when it manifests, it's always quite shocking and unpredictable. Men being perverted is common knowledge to everybody. While the ladies, you have to dig in a little deeper for a surprise. Some may look naive but deep inside they're one wild flower. Sooner or later women will overcome men in terms of level of perversion.
