Spiders - can't live with them ( want to live without them)

I don't like spiders either. I don't like any bugs at all. My greatest fear of all things though, is a fear of snakes. I'm terrified of them for some reason.

I actually keep spiders as pets, well if I see one in the house I will NEVER kill it, anything else that comes in is dead meat, but not spiders, they keep the flies away and I don't mind them at all. I'm scared of snakes not spiders. Although I'd rather see a poisonous spider than a wasp for example, as one sting from a wasp could technically kill me, because I am allergic to their sting. I think people who have poisonous spiders are used to them and take measures to make sure they are dealt with. Thankfully we do not have poisonous spiders in the UK.

In general I don't have a fear of spiders, but if I have to face some realy poisonous one then surely I will be cautious.
I know some people who is just scared of spider like anything. If they know there is a spider somewhere in the room they will scream and run out of the room. Its kind of funy to look at them at that time.

I have such a fear of the horrid things I can't even type out the "s" word... I have been bitten by a poisonous one, brown recuse and did not help my fear one bit. How do I deal with them? Scream, run, pray someone without my fear will distroy the creepy creature.

I'm not afraid of spiders- I don't like them but I can deal with them- Squish! : ) into the garbage can..
Now snakes on the other hand really creep me out- We live in the country and have quite a bit of land-- On our land there was a man-made pond and a crick that runs out through the way back of our land-- Of course water attracts snakes.. Needless to say after living here only 2 years- the pond is gone- filled in, and we put lyme on the crick banks -- in hopes to keep snakes out of the yard.. YUK! So I guess we deal with what we are afraid of!

SPIDERS ..is my biggest fear..i am scared of spiders..big or small ..poisonous or not...i scared to death when i see one...i just cannot imagine a place where the spiders roam freely ....it`s just too scary...if i am in a room with spiders ..i really don`t think i can sleep.. only the mind is killin` me knowing that somewhere here is a spider..

I don't live in a place that has poisonous spiders. In fact, I've never heard of a deadly spider bite happening in Pennsylvania. Which is a good thing because I LIKE spiders. They're fragile & graceful & ....Spidery! They also weave beautiful webs. Every self respecting garden should have a couple spider webs in the Spring.

I suggest you read Charlotte's Web (or see the movie). It will give you a new take on spiders. I think the reason I like them so much is that I read that book when I was a child. LOL

If you are scared of spiders, i mean more than normal, then you are suffering from Arachnophobia. Hey after all they are also living on earth. We have to co-exist. Get used to it. Stop fearing it. But if you are really living in a place where there are venemous spiders exist then you must be careful. If i have to live in a place like that I would be very careful to stay away from there. Beyond that its fate. That's all what i can say. Don't go after killing them because you are powerful and stronger.

hurm.. i dont realy afraid with them.. my friends have tarantulas as a pet.. they r quite cute. its safe to play with them as long as u dont make them panic.. normally spiders stings when they r afraid.. so the tip for the day is.. dont be afraid with them just relax and dont panic....
