Stay too much at the phone is very stressing. For my work, I receive and I have to make a lot of phone calls, but I really prefer to avoid some of them and send e-mails. Sometimes the phone call duration is also one hour, whit not only one person speaking from the other side (conference call). These calls are really stressing myself.
