Harry Potter in a racey British Play...what do you think???

It is very easy for an actor to become typecast and have his carrer go down the drain. I think he is a fine actor and would be a fool to turn down this opportunity. From what I heard on the news today the part he plays simply has a scene where he appears on stage nude. People are making too much of this. Many actors and actresses have done nude scenes and it did not ruin their career. Drew Barrymore actually flashed her bare chest at David Letterman and she still has a job.

I am really not into nude scenes and i guess he is going to have a nude part. I do think he has grown up and I was surprised to see how grown up he looks.

You know these people aren't thinking. He's an actor, it's his job. He needs to find other roles besides Harry Potter if he is going to continue to perform his chosen profession. Taking a risky role like that can give people a very different view of him and show his acting ability. I remember when Kurt Russell, Boy next door for disney, did Escape from New York. Many had problems with it but you know it did wonders for his career. It broke the mold he was stuck in. Radcliffe is just being smart and doing it now before he does get stuck.
